Are You and Your Key Managers Ready for Growth?
Existing Maui businesses can prepare for the new period of growth in opportunity and competition by having key managers take the NxLeveL™ Entrepreneurship series starting February 2008, over twelve evenings at the Maui Research & Technology Center in Kihei. This program will be taught by David Fisher, of the Maui Small Business Development Center, along with guest speakers from the business community. See series outline on next page.
NxLeveL™ is based on a national curriculum supported by banks and universities. According to a University of Calgary study of the NxLeveL™ program nationally, Maui businesses can expect to see on average a 30% increase in sales and a 20% increase in profits; and for businesses currently seeing less than $200 thousand in sales, they experience on average a 200% increase in sales—all within one year of graduating from the program.
